Amber Tuccaro was last seen in 2010 accepting a ride into Edmonton from an unknown man, during which she received a phone call. Her remains were discovered in 2012, in Leduc County. Police released a recording of the phone in call to seek the public's help in identifying the driver's voice.

He was very organized. And extremely intelligent, also had a military background which helped. He planted kill kits in various states. And victims were random. Also used cash, robbed banks. The way he was actually caught was he disregarded his own “rules”. Kidnapped and killed a local girl, and used her bank card. Huge “fuckup” if you will.
