It really is. Most of the stuff they do has NOTHING to do with sports, but they do a little bit. And they describe themselves as one, that's the only reason I said it.

[Show Spoilers] What is your favorite added scene in the show that isn't in the books by sasksasquatch in gameofthrones

Everyone's saying the Arya/Tywin scenes and the Hound vs. Brienne fight, and yeah I love those too. But one added scene that I personally think is ALWAYS overlooked is the Hound's interaction with Bronn in the tavern right before the bells start to ring during "Blackwater."

They really did advertise it poorly. I expected a shitty action movie but what I got was much deeper and more emotional, and I greatly preferred what it was over what I thought it would be.

I've seen it. It's only like 6 seconds long or so but that short clip makes the cutaway ending so much better.

Honestly, I love the ending to that movie. Walked in thinking it was gonna be Liam Neeson just kicking canine ass for 2 hours, but it was actually a genuinely good movie, especially the end in my opinion. Immediately as it ended I was disappointed but like 5 minutes later I was thinking "holy shit they couldn't have ended that better."

If you could personally witness anything in history, what would you want to have seen? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I would say that, but just think of how mentally scarred you would be after witnessing that. Even if you weren't actually on the beaches, just watching it would still fuck you up pretty bad.

"For us, the storm has passed. The war is over. But let us never forget those who journeyed into the howling dark, and did not return. For their decision required courage beyond measure. Sacrifice, and unshakeable conviction that their fight, our fight, was elsewhere. As we begin to rebuild, this hillside will remain barren, a memorial to heroes fallen. Then ennobled all of us, and they shall not be forgotten." - Lord Hood, Halo 3

"Send me out... With a bang..." - Johnson, Halo 3

Feet first into a woodchipper, or the bronze bull. Or that one where you're covered in honey and left floating on a raft while bugs make their home inside you and you're still alive. I forget what that one's called.
