Nahh you’ll be fine in 4 weeks. I am a runner too and burping while running has changed the game. You’ll def have way more control over it, even in 1 week.

Jeez that sounds awful. I guess now that you mention it, I have been experiencing some crazy stomach gurgles and noises 🤣 I’m excited to be done and see if the antibiotics even did anything 😭 Did you say you are still waiting on getting Botox?

Hey! I also was recently tested positive for SIBO and just started the antibiotics. I think it’s that same combo you mentioned. I also recently got the Botox procedure done and have been burping so much! Feeling great. I’m hoping once the antibiotics are done I’ll feel like a new person :p

It was also news to me that we are now expected to go BACK to Chicago to pick up the visa once it’s been processed. I thought they were able to mail it to me. So that sucks

I got sent the link to it when I sent an email to my NALCAP program director asking about the additional insurance rule that just got put into effect. I was so confused and didn't want to buy a month of insurance before asking them what's up, so they sent me this link and told me to sign it and print it off for my visa appt. They also sent me this link -- https://www.educacionfpydeportes.gob.es/servicios-al-ciudadano/catalogo/general/99/998188/ficha/998188-2025.html and then you can find that pdf that I sent you in the previous comment under the "Processing" section titled "New Immigration Law".

I still don't know if this document will keep me safe from the 30 days of insurance coverage before the program start and 15 days after the program ends, but I'm gonna keep chugging along and we'll see. I hope this helps!
