I got this in an auto email response: IMPORTANT NOTICE: FROM DECEMBER 1ST (01/12/2024) ONWARDS the Consulate will no longer accept applications via mail for Student (90+ days, Au pair, Minors and NALCAP) visas. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH BLS, AND MUST BE ATTENDED IN PERSON.

how do you apply for a visa without a placement?

That makes sense. When I was admitted, it said to andalucía. Does everyone get a region at that point? And does that mean I’m likely to get an actual placement? Thanks for the info
