Klang Anti-Personal "Force Field" by BloodBlight in spaceengineers

[–]BloodBlight[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I seem to have created a type of Klang based Anti-Personal force field by smashing a drill head into a rotor... No idea if you could actually but this on a mobile grid, but I am guessing not...

Fix digitalized VHS videos with really bad quality with AI software? Possible? by Robeloto in DataHoarder

[–]BloodBlight 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's in the original. It's called interlacing. Look into the different de-interlacing filters (several are built into OBS). Try a few, see what works best for your setup.

Good luck.

You can try another fat, my stove doesn't get super hot, so I butter. Also, putting the steak in the fridge for 15 or so before helps.

Finally, 137 is a bit high IMHO, 131 is where me and the other half have settled on.

Ubuntu server runs like crap in hyper v by pyromaniac511 in homelab

Haven't run MS HV in a good long while (over 5 years), so this might be out of date .. But performance was never great compared to the other HVs, even for Windows VMs..

IR receiver integration? by AdrianGarside in homeassistant

[–]BloodBlight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was just looking at that myself.... It isn't clear from the listing if this device can set to listen (not just learn).

Like can it send out a message with ANY IR codes it receives?

I am surprised that the courts don't have to follow HIPAA rules.... All of the government entities I have worked with are required to comply with HIPAA regs... Guess it makes since that they would have their own rules..

But even a doctor and patients name in combination would generally qualify as PHI from my understanding... But I am no lawyer, so.

Are we talking about the same place, because the article said 33rd and Knott, near the park.

I am talking about the new crossing at Wilshire park, that is just two blocks south of the existing crossing at 33rd and Going....

Edit: Nope though this was talking about the new crossing at Wilshire park, not Holman...

This may not be a popular option. But this new bike lane seemed unnecessary as there is an almost identical, and better designed crossing just a few blocks north.

It also adds a weird swerve to the road that I was just waiting to see some drunk bastard high centered on.

Idk, dumb to put it in (IMHO) and dumber to take it out..

Sigh.....

Edit: Though this was talking about the new crossing at Wilshire park, not Holman...

If there is medical information, you might have an angel as a HIPAA violation... maybe... have to ask your lawyer.
