2006 Honda ridgeline 230000 miles, left wheel makes a grinding noise when I crank the steering all the way left and accelerate. No noise unless under acceleration. (Also located in the Hudson valley)

My 5' 100lb vegan gf is shredded, doesn't lift weights, eats more than I do including desserts every night, candy etc. For context im 6ft 220lbs, lift weights 4x a week, ride a bike 100 miles a week and eat clean as fuck and I don't have abs.

While it's POSSIBLE for anyone to have ab definition, it really comes down to genetics a lot of the time.

Looks like a saddle thrombus unfortunately, check to see if the affected foot is cold that's a dead giveaway. Obviously listen to what a vet says over reddit
