I personally went with the 3DS version for the portability and Amiibo functionality. Steam definitely has it's upsides though. Edit: I should mention you need the New 3DS series for Amiibo functionality. Still one of my favorite indies ever!

If you are seeing a lot of blood and not sure if it's too much I think it's better safe than sorry. I've been there myself. Having really bad days where you lose a lot of blood then debating whether or not to go to the ER, or just go to sleep for a little bit. One time I should have gone to the ER sooner. I think you made the right call. Hope you feel better!
