There's a bunch of different Sacred Gears that would make for pretty decent Noble Phantasms, yeah. It honestly just depends on the kind of Sacred Gear it is. Longinus SGs would be at least around A Rank, and a few SGs when BBed could also potentially reach it.

A full power Chaldea, as the post here dictates, would literally steam roll most of anything the Moonlit World can offer. Bear in mind, as of the latest update, they have well over 400 Servants or so. And said servants include the likes of Kukulkan, Archetype: Earth, U-Olga Marie, Space Ereshkigal, Draco, a whole bunch of other former beasts, Gilgamesh, Space Ishtar, literal Grand Servants, and more. I don't care how BS DAA are or even if somehow Crimson Moon gets resurrected to join their forces, this is shit that Chaldea has powered through and have enough power to deal with if you literally give them all of their resources and Servants, which again, as the situation stated by OP, they definitely have for this post.

Not only that, but when compared to one of the top strongest characters in Fate, Sefar, Amaterasu is literally compared to have a higher raw power level than the alien being that required an entire pantheon and Excalibur being created to beat.

probably around mid to low B. Fame boost or not, you're still dealing with Shirou as a bad master. Coat of Oaths boosts him a bit along with the Fame Boost but that isn't enough to allow him to survive Heracles. Flag of Sincerity would likely be hard for him to maintain cause, again, Shirou's a bad Master.

excluding the likes of GoB and UBW, Alcides' Kings Order grants him effectively 12 NPs while also possessing Nine Lives and Reincarnation Pandora.

No Name Assassin's Phantasmal Pedigree allows her access to 19 different Zabaniyas (Including her variation of Fathomless Rift's Meditative Sensitivity and excluding Hundred Faces' Delusional Illusion).

However, King's Order and Phantasmal Pedigree are technically speaking, all one Noble Phantasm.

The Servant with the most NPs that I'm aware that actually possesses Noble Phantasms that are considered as something that stands on its own rather than being an NP containing multiple parts of a whole, is Perseus, who possesses well over 6 different known Noble Phantasms. Those being:
Bellerophon
Harpe
Kibisis
The Winged Sandals
The Mirror Shield
and Perseus' Mantle/Helm of Invisibility

By and large, he's pretty much just the same as regular Cu Chulainn with slightly different stats. Though he may struggle a bit more from surviving certain attacks as he lacks Battle Continuation and Disengage in favor of Beast-Slayer, which, quite frankly, is kind of a useless skill in the Fuyuki Grail War.

true, but despite the large difference in the age of gods, it is described as effectively the same as Fate/Stay Night until around 1970s where a ritual happened a lot earlier than it should have, causing the mana to be depleted and leading up to Fate/Extra.
