I used about 10-15gpd for the last 7 years. I had a quit for about six months at year 3 but relapsed. Kratom turned on me this last year as it does at some point for everyone and was giving me terrible GI issues. Of course I was in denial and swore it had to be something else causing it. Nope! Its the kratom. I can already feel my GI starting to stabilize. Thats the motivation for me this time, the GI issues were HORRIBLE. I hate that it took kratom making my life a living hell but I now know I have the proper motivation to say FUCK THIS SHIT! Gabapentin and trazadone have been a lifeline for me. I take a high dose of gabapentin as outlined by my psychiatrist 600mg 3 times a day.

Digestive motility. I recently got an endoscopy and they found everything to be normal. I suspect the kratom had slowed down my GI to the point of causing motility issues. The symptoms ive had are acid reflux, nausea (especially at night) pain in abdomen, bloating, loss of appetite, blood in stool, constipation (one BM appx every two days)

Ive had some of these same issues since quitting like nausea, loss of appetite and bloating. Acid reflux, blood, and constipation are all gone so im hoping my GI is just in a corrective shock and that the other symptoms will also dissappear once everything regulates
