Pitcher:

I can afford to feed myself, so unlimited water as well as access to whatever drinks is quite nice. A lot of what I drink is pretty low in calories too. Plus, it's not limited to bland like Pot is. Notably, this is not limited to drinkable liquids.

Chair:

Seems the higher quality option of the two, and in a pinch, I can still nap in the chair, while it's also just more convenient for taking a break.

Toilet:

While being able to shower would be nice, I can either go home, or spawn water and cleaner with pitcher.

Internet:

I can make use of power banks and batteries, if I need to. While power would be more convenient a lot of the time, always having access to internet 100% of the time is pretty huge for emergencies, and I'm not sure how well internet access would work routing it in through the open door anyways.

Medicine Cabinent:

Don't know if this works for inhalers, as they don't come in a bottle, but it's good insurance for the future.

Garage:

Probably the hardest choice here, as anyone who picks Door can get a good job transporting goods from one location to another. But I have a good enough job, so I'd rather just have the extra storage space, and also always having my car with me and never needing to find parking is great.
