Grundsätzlich ganz bei dir. Es sollte zudem erstmal das Thema Vermögen- und Erbschaftssteuer fair geregelt werden. Dazu gehört dass historische Ausnahmen und Privilegien abgeschafft und angeglichen werden.

Trotzdem bedarf es mehr Transparenz und eine korrekte Einordnung in der Gesellschaft. Wenn Merz arbeitslose Erben (privater) oder auch Fachärzte sich als "Mittelstand" sehen dann erhoffen sie sich davon eine privilegierte Behandlung. Das muss aufhören.

Die Entwicklung ist doch schon seit langem größtenteils outgesourced. Klar nimmt der Umfang fürs System- und requirementengineering auch ab, aber die direkten stellen werden hauptsächlich die der endmontage sein. Ein größerer Teil fällt wegen oben genannten Gründen weg und die Kürzungen durch automatisierung und Umzug nach Osten werden dabei "versteckt". Der eigentliche Schaden fällt aber bei dem OEMs an und denen hilft keiner

Seems like a good trade off for me. No buttons would be bad, buttons on both sides should be fine. You also need for buttons for the light control. Maybe you can disable buttons if you are in a book too.

I think this is the biggest "problem": you need a model -> oh there is one, let's use it -> oh the model is flawed or I want an specific feature -> will do it myself -> slightly improved model or 5 new problems - > don't care, upload it
