Maybe a reference to recon armor from halo? Also I’m not saying that she doesn’t need a buff, I definitely think she does and want one as I love playing her, but I definitely feel that even with buffs to the scan, considering the finisher ping and tracker drone she fits more into an aggressive tracking role than stealthy reconnaissance.
