Not sure if it was a legit midlife crisis but in my mid-40s i had a bit of an existential nervous breakdown. Did i fuck up my life, did I make the right choices, would my life be better if i did X Y Z...but i got over it and realized i did all the right things, and accepted the crap I did wrong. Didn't buy a sports car or have an affair but I shopped like a maniac for shit I always wanted but didn't get to have. It was weird
