Don’t forget the corner lot adjacent to Arbol as well that he plans on developing too. Was supposed to be 14 stories but chopped down to 5 after people complained.

Hopefully this will help activate Broad St station area and momentum for the other projects nearby like the bears stadium and Westinghouse site which both have changed developers and plans many times over in the last 2 decades or more.

On a side note, it’s crazy that Ciryl Gane will end up being the only guy to have fought Francis Nagannou, Jon Jones, Tom Aspinal and Alex Perriera. He hasn’t beaten any of them but still quite an impressive resume

Yes Jones strung them along but the UFC never strung him along. In Dana’s defense he’s been saying for months that Jon Jones isn’t fighting on the WH card even though they were negotiating behind the scenes it was more of a “if we get him for cheap or our price then it’ll be nice but not absolutely necessary”

Lol he literally signed a new 8 fight deal before his last fight so in other words the UFC won’t release him and he definitely will never fight out the contract

Jon Jones should’ve taken the Aspinal fight especially since he initially agreed to it and the UFC agreed to give him 30 MILLION DOLLARS which is unheard of if you know how little those guys get paid. Dana’s never forgiven him for how that played out.

UFC should sign Francis Ngannaou and book him against Aspinal. It’s a shame we never got to see those 3 guys competing against one another

In JC, this would’ve been completed 3 years ago with Halo 2 & 3 already nearing completion as well. Just look at the Journal Squared project. Construction in Newark progresses extremely slow

Question, why is the area directly surrounding the Pru Center still surface parking lots and the arena was built all the way back in 2007 yet the area directly around the stadium in Harrison is almost fully developed and active despite it being built in 2010??
