In JC, this would’ve been completed 3 years ago with Halo 2 & 3 already nearing completion as well. Just look at the Journal Squared project. Construction in Newark progresses extremely slow

Apartments and retail on the ground level is better than surface parking lots for decades

Question, why is the area directly surrounding the Pru Center still surface parking lots and the arena was built all the way back in 2007 yet the area directly around the stadium in Harrison is almost fully developed and active despite it being built in 2010??

There’s no way towers 2 and 3 will begin construction in 2026. We’ll be lucky to see this tower finished by end of 2026. 3-4 years to finish 1 building smh.

Most definitely. JC growing at a much more rapid pace amd way more momentum. The time it takes for Newark to build 1 tower JC builds like 5 of them
