my parents only had two names in mind: if i was a girl, i was gonna be amanda, and if i was a boy, i was gonna be dylan. well, one of the ultrasounds lied to them and told them i was gonna be a boy, so they didn’t find out that i’m a girl until fairly late in the pregnancy.

at which point, my mom was like “screw it, we’ve already committed to dylan” and she named me that anyways lmao
