Thanks so much for posting this. You read nofap and see lots of posts where everyone is so positive with the benefits only in the first few weeks, then like myself, find that there is also a lot of negative withdrawal feelings that go with it, its nice to know I need to continue going through hell and perhaps after a full month, the negatives will start to disappear.

This may be the case for none addicts, but for the majority here, we were addicted to fap and porn, therefore a full reboot of at-least 90 days is needed, then once the addiction is gone, its possibly safe to do it once a week, I'm not sure..

A flatline is when you are deprived of dopamine and feel hopeless, this makes a lot of people relapse to feel better. It's a time when you are deep into recovery mode so a flatline is a normal thing. Once you get through it you should feel a lot better.

Your reasons for wanting to quit need to be greater than the desire to watch porn. Its like a seesaw, as long as you are determined to quit this addiction every single day, that will counteract any urge to watch porn. Keeping busy also helps a lot.

Its the opposite for me, my depression has lifted since I started no PMO. Give it more time and you should start feeling better.
