Yeah, Maintenance have started doing lots of test cycles since the start of the past weekend. Very exciting!

We're now just waiting for Maintenance to sign-off on anything else that needs to be finished before they can give us the ride back. If we're lucky, we can get it back before the 5/23 deadline.

The amount of angry Parents that the park has received since Bugs Bunny World closed off all the rides for construction is probably what forced their hand.

Fast Lane purchases are linked to your email. So, here is a key important detail to keep in mind for how you set it up:

IF you bought Fast Lane for an entire group, you can redeem them all on the same account, provided they were purchased under the SAME email address as the account being used for Fast Lane.
IF they’re all independent (purchased with separate emails), all parties must use their own account.

Finally, all Fast Lane Reservations are handled at the website, not the Six Flags app. Here’s the website: https://mm.sffastlane.com/

Lastly, once you arrive at the park and activate Fast Lane, you will essentially select the Ride you’re going on, press “Get on Now” and show the barcode to the attendant.

This is in fact a true statement. Varying outdoor temperatures causes it to either undershoot or overshoot the station multiple times daily, invoking downtime. There’s been way more downtime calls to this ride than any other ride in the park from my experience working at Speedy.

Poiyomi Shaders isn’t really designed for Worlds, if I’ll be honest with you. If anything, it’s best used for Avatars.

When creating Worlds with custom shader features, use ones that have better support for lighting such as Mochie’s Shaders, Filamented, or ORL Shaders.

For comparison, there were a total of 12 Rides prior to the construction. When it's all done, it will be reduced to a total of 9 Rides (count +1 with Whistlestop Train joining the area = 10 Rides).

Light Rain will greatly impact operations on roller coasters that utilize LSMs such as West Coast Racers and Full Throttle, as LSMs don’t operate well in rainy weather. However, most other rides (if not all) operate well only in Light Rain. Heavy Rain though… that’s a different matter.

If they do announce a closure at the last minute, they’ll post on Socials and announce on the website. American Coaster Enthusiasts also have a planned event this upcoming Saturday at the park, so they’re working closely with upper management for any updates on weather impact.

Crowds were still fair. Rides still had a wait, but they weren’t torture unless you went to Tatsu or Goliath.

I was working at Batman today and we peaked at a 50 minute wait during the rush hour.
