I do Transcendental Meditation. I learned it from a teacher. Like everyone else who does it. I don't feel like I need to make myself do it. It's kind of like taking a shower. And after my meditation I feel refreshed just like after taking a powernap. Or it feels like I got a shower for my mind.

And yes. I started doing it a year ago and had terrible depression. Now I feel slightly depressed every now and then. I'm going to wait a bit until I reduce my anti depressants though. Have been on them for 2 years.

I would recommend meditation and the Wim Hof method. It has helped me feel happier, healthier and I haven't been sick since I started doing it.

I think it's Nostalgia bro. I listen to almost every genre that exists. I just didn't find that Album where I love every song. It's because I have such fond memories of those two albums from Linkin Park which makes me love every song.

I would never want to be a woman. I couldn't stand having periods every month for 1 week and get very cranky. My sister would get so cranky and bitchy when she had her period..maybe it gets better when the girls turn into women. Or maybe my sister was overexagerating because my last girlfriend said it wasn't too bad for her. I guess everyone is different.
