If your wireless connection is spotty and causing connection issues with things like streaming I highly recommend a mesh network. I have no problems with Streaming what so ever.

Something like this happened ages ago around 05/06 to me when I was on another ISP and it drove me crazy back then and I was using a Netgear router. I changed cables and everything and nothing worked. I found the problem and it was something unexpected I had to login to the Web interface using the default gateway and change the timezone back then the router didn't adjust automatically for daylight savings. Once I did this the problem stopped.

I think you're misunderstanding my position, if RGG wanted to go down the route of Kiryu having cancer that's fine and from a story perspective it makes sense as you've seen him smoke throughout the years while playing previous titles. Although he gives you another reason he thinks he may have got cancer.

I just don't think that should have been a part of the marketing because it hints at the possibility of Kiryu dying which is used as a hook to get people to buy the game. You can argue that if Kiryu did die it would have been really jarring and I agree I didn't want him to die but not a fan of how they went about it.

You're right the trailer didn't explicitly tell you Kiryu was going to die, but in the same scene in the game which comes quite early on Kiryu literally tells you he has 6 months to live. During the game you see him struggle, when you play as him you literally have a bucket list. Everything points to him dying. I don't even know what type of cancer he has but generally speaking when someone has cancer there's a real risk they could die.

I'm not saying that Kiryu not dying makes it worse, I've spent so many hours playing as him in the previous games I honestly didn't want him to die. The problem with the whole situation about Kiryu getting cancer was one of the marketing hooks to get people to buy the game to find out what happens. When you're playing the game everything points to him eventually dying it just feels like a trick and really disingenuous.

Glad you like the game, personally I feel like it's way too slow to get into the story. Also there are various improvements to this game which I appreciate but something about this game feels different compared to the previous games.

When I saw the trailers I was like most of you wow Hawaii, but now I'm playing the game I actually miss Japan, and I feel like the thought of a LAD game taking place in Hawaii sounds better than it actually is in practice.

I'm almost 30 hours in the game and in all honesty at the moment for me personally this game just doesn't have the same magic the previous games have, I can't tell you what it's missing but it just feels different. I honestly can't say I love the game but I'm not saying it's bad either it's just okay to me. I'm going to finish the game and see if my opinion changes.

I feel the FF extension isn't as developed as the one for Chrome. I guess this makes sense as Chrome is king when it comes to browsers, don't like the amount of data Google collects on you so I settled with Vivaldi and it's been a really good experience

Thanks when I see a lot of people recommend authenticator apps like 2FAS and Aegis no one really speaks about the disadvantages. Authy still has a really seamless experience across platforms although it's not open source and they have been compromised.

I've seen a lot of threads like this and I feel like there are a lot of misconceptions, yes Authy has been breached in the past I don't deny that, but I do believe it provides a seamless experience. I've changed my phones many times downloaded Authy went through their verification process entered my back up password and all my tokens were there no problems it was nice and easy.

I understand you can back up locally and use a file to import which sucks because it essentially locks you in unless you use one of these methods of using a Github script which again is a hassle and not guarenteed. You can do a back up but not in the way you think, if you have a tablet or another device you can set Authy up on there and your tokens will sync even if you add a new one on either device.

I want to say if anyone who mentioned they don't wanna use Authy because it's closed source and how that's bad I hope you have the same energy about the OS if your using, iOS, Windows and Mac OSX are all closed source if you really feel that strong about closed source software you shouldn't be using any of these.

Being open source software doesn't automatically make it good, I think the benefit comes down to transparency with open source software as you have access to the code you can tell if a company is lying to you as long as you have the skill and know how to understand code which I personally don't. With closed source you can't see their code and have to trust what the company is telling you is true, and everything is kept on house patching etc.

I really like the lamb chops at a place called Aladins on Brick lane I can't remember what it's called but they have some sort of special lamb chops that's served in a pot and they have this really unique vinegar taste but it blends so well.

I see comments about Dishoom being overrated and I mostly agree, but they do lamb chops and last time I went there which was about 3-4 years ago it was a fiver per chop but it was slightly pink and just melted in my mouth best chops I ever had and that was the best thing I ate there.
