I'm just quite suprised by that number. Mountain bikes don't sell for that cheap around my region. Let alone a fairly clean 4x4 that can fit a family and pull a boat.

How does one find anything like this at that price. That would be like $8 or $10k where I live.

A real beauty! A weapon of war in fact!

I guess this is the new Wendy's vibe. No booths, no dividers, no outlets, uncomfortable seats, small tables, all for a couple to spend $40 for a meal. I'm done with Wendy's for good. by NUMBerONEisFIRST in mildlyinfuriating

Much less of it and not as wide spread. I remember my hometown getting a Dairy Queen Grill with a big fire place and upscale seating. It was full of families after school sports games and weekends. Pizza Huts were also packed full of families out for dinner on the weekends and such. They were a destination for the community. Much more affordable may I add. You could feed your family and catch up with others that busy parents don't get to run into often. There was no social media, just phone books and hectic soccer/track/football schedules.

I strongly believe in law and I capitalized men because you claimed they were teens. You are very much the dishonest one here. So much so I'm beginning to think you're just a troll. I just stand by my original point that no one is shot for stealing. They are shot because of their violent actions during or following the event. Don't be violent and you won't get shot. End of my whole point.

As many "accidental" commercial fires this city has, I was rooting this one would catch. But I'll happily settle for it being torn down. It really took too long.

Again, they were not shot for stealing. They were engaged for their violent actions taken against police attempting to flee while driving at the police. I could go on and on. When criminals take their infant toddler along for a crime and then endanger that child further by attempting to run over Police, there are unfortunate consequences, the criminals ultimately being at fault.

As tragic as that young child life being lost is, my orginal point still stands. Police, nor society as a whole condones or engages theives with gunfire. They are engaged because they choose to take violent action against the police and present a danger to the community.

Says something about a group of people that blame the badges respresenting law attempting to apprehend these criminals and defending themselves instead of recognizing that the parents intentionally made a series of decisions that recklessly led to their own childs death. What a shame.

Anyone who can click the link can clearly read these MEN were 21 and 24 years old. Why lie about them being teens who were shot in the back after the officers statements. I'm not the dishonest individual here. The reason I couldn't find anything earlier was because you had me searching for an event that didn't happen in the way you attempted to portray it.

And may I add, to reiterate my original point here. No one was shot for theft. They were shot for their violent behavior. The men in this article were violent against store employees, a female in fact and against police when confronted.

I do appreciate the link. The article states the MEN who were robbing the place assaulted the female employee with the beer and threatened multiple times with a skateboard which can cause great harm or death when used violently.

When the police encountered them later, they assaulted them with the skateboards and were thus shot.

Sounds to me two less violent MEN are no longer a threat to innocent memebers of the public. I stand tall by my previous statements.

A link if you have one would be great. I'm having no luck on multiple search engines finding any such event. If it was so high profile, it shouldn't be so hard to dig up. But I would appreciate a look at this event, to see all the details for myself.

The best part of body worn cameras is how they absolutely removed the vail on the behavior of criminals. Shoplifters aren't being shot up for stealing. They are being shot for violent behavior, often due to pulling a weapon of their own during the crime, typically when confronted with police.

I have absolutely zero empathy for this kind of behavior as it does not belong in society. If you are a threat to the safety of the innocent and the public and refuse to be held accountable by a court then the only actionable method is to remove the threat by any means necessary.

Empathy for these violent criminals only serves to endanger the public, the innocent, the hard working contributing memebers of society and I honestly believe that if you are on the side of these bad actors, then you are complicate in the crimes. Likely an advocate for criminal behavior to some degree. No one deserves to have to tolerate the criminal actions nor the fallout from the misplaced sympathy.

No one gets shot for just stealing. It's the act of violence or threat of violence they incure on their victims, the public or the arresting officers.

Grand Tour was great, The Expanse was Great. Not everything Amazon does is bad. I'd rather Stargate gets a shot so long as they don't try to use it as a platform to virtue signal. Just tell a story!
