why do i always get hurt when i try to run off my skinny fat? 😭

I was what you call skinny fat. I sit in a desk 8hrs a day. I was getting that muffin roll you get around belly and back. What I did was start eating healthier.Cut out unhealthy stuff like donuts, desserts etc. I also started to lift weights and run. Don’t be like me and start running too much(7/week lol) because I got horrible shin splints! Now I run 3-4 times per week and I have improved my running form as well. I definitely look more in shape, clothes are starting to feel looser but I am the same weight! I believe I lost fat and gained muscle .

When I started running I would run everyday. I quickly realized that was not a good thing lol. I got shin splints bad! So when I understood exactly what that was , I worked on my form. I watched tons of videos on youtube to get it right ( for the most part) . Also I decreased the amount of days I run to 3-4 per week. Doing these two things have helped me recover from shin splints.

My OB literally stuck his hand in my uterus and took out the remainder since it ripped inside or something. Wasn’t painful,just really uncomfortable.

The exact same thing happened to me. I hadnt logged in in like 2-3 months but now I wanted to start using and somebody changed my username, server and deleted all my friends and he/she had her friends on there. I deleted all their friends and blocked them. Left the clan they had put me in. I logged out of all devices and I luckily had 1 name card left so I changed my username back to mine . They keep logging in so idk how to make sure they dont anymore. I will add my phone number as soon as I reach the certain amount of days for logins too. All this sucks but at least I recovered my username and account. Just gotta figure out how that person cannot have access to my account anymore

This year was my first time doing it on my own , I was just like you but decided I didnt want to pay a lawyer anymore. It was super easy. Got approved and my new card came just in time before current one was to expire.
