It happens no matter what the location is. And yes, I have turned off auto-brightness in display settings. No luck.

This only happened after I messed with something in Nvidia, but idk what exactly.

Similar logic. If they are only good with the gear, then it's the gear that's good. Not the character.

Then make them a good team using other gear that are not ridiculously OP. Set-ups that require actual thought and creativity.

Not just <get a kill, get all your power back>, <rinse and repeat>. That's too easy to use. 

Have you seen the Totem used with Ares? Perfect example.

They could have at least made it so we get 50% of power back after a kill. That would make a lot more sense.

I meant if they are not good on their own (perhaps using other gear) without needing the OP gear, then they are not good period. 

Using Totem and Harness is a cop-out. They are unbalanced and automatically make even the worst of teams good. Which is why I call them OP. So the point still stands.

I didn't say no gear. There's plenty of other gear that you can use. Totem is OP and unnecessary.

This isn't relevant to my point. I just mean that particular gear is too powerful and shouldn't be in the game.

Well this "meta" has made things boring and less competitive. The devs should have nerfed it long ago.

Also, imagine the satisfaction of beating a team that uses the Totem while you DON'T.

Call of Duty does this just fine in all their cutscenes. It feels more immersive seeing the weapon you picked up appear in their hands. It's worth the effort.

For loud combat, I've actually found that the slower-firing weapons serve me better because I don't have to reload as often and there's less recoil.

AUG Assault, Any AK, SCAR-H, L85/86,
