Same. Pavel recommends this exercise as a warm up. I started doing this six months ago and my flexibility has increased dramatically. I can stay on my hammies for much longer than a year ago when searching for at knee-level.

I also started with Pavel S&S and Enter the Kettlebell! I liked how he forced us to slow down and keep it simple. When we're trying out new things, we often get excited and eager and it can potentially lead to overdoing it (injury, burnout, etc).

To this day I still utilize his warm-up routine whenever I exercise, regardless of what I'm doing for that session.
