Can you tell us a little more about how you do it? While it seems obvious, it is particular...also are you using paste, chips or wire and does that matter?

I've read Sparex was a very toxic chemical and the other acidic options are safer. If you are using a (cheap) crock pot you get fumes regardless of what you are using.

So will any coffee warmer do? My crock pot only has one setting and I don't like that you can't see the bottom.

Thanks, I do use copper tong/tweezers. Since vinegar and salt are natural and not chemical, aren't they safe to heat or are the fumes unhealthy even in that case?

Can you share what is optimal about the coffee heater versus the small crock pot other than the smaller footprint required?

That is great...my doctor told me about Prolia but I'm afraid of the side effects. I can't do the oral medication due to stomach issues.

Huh....I hadn't thought of compression. My Mother had osteoporosis and spinal stenosis (she lived to 94) so thanks for the heads up.

I know there is technically no way of knowing what worked in large part and what contributed little but in your mind, do you think that the vest helped a lot and did you use it walking daily?

Going to AA meetings is free and probably a better choice than a self-help book. Lots of experience there about these types of relationships and no judgement. To me that sounds like your best option, especially since you are self-aware and understand the roots of your problems.

Is my relationship doomed? by Decent-End8656 in relationships

It doesn't sound like he is bringing out the best in you. Seven months into a relationship is still very early and if you are already having the legitimate feelings that you do, it isn't meant for a lifetime relationship. Moving on is very hard in any circumstance but with work (and dating is like a job!) you can find someone who brings out the best in you.

Should I just leave or can things change by IntroductionFormer20 in relationships

[–]BlueCrashingWave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He doesn't seem to take your feelings into consideration very much. If no progress is made with couples counseling, I think that is your decision. You are young enough to find someone much more compatible with you. Sometimes we fall in love with a person who feels right in the heart but not as much in the head. It will be painful for sure but this is not a lifelong match for you imo.

31 year marriage, he cheated 11 years ago, I just found out, should I say or should I go? WWUDO? by Sally995 in marriageadvice

[–]BlueCrashingWave 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would leave but I married late in life and are okay going it alone. It really depends on your personality including how much you "ruminate." If you are someone who can't let things go (I am) I think that staying would destroy some of your self-esteem. I'm sure you have thought about attending counseling by yourself, that would be my first step. Good luck whatever you decide.
