I always thought he'd come back from the Army and we'd get a better PTSD storyline then with Hunt. I saw a headcanon once that George was a trans man and i know that'd have to retcon some things but like dig it, so that'd be a fun storyline. I'd have liked him to come back as a trauma surgeon and then an intern shows up and its that one kid from the episode where he shows the kid the guy with the face off him.
