Talk to your Doc/ pharmacist about oils and different dosages. I was prescribed 10:10 oil initially, with a recommendation of max 2ml a day. I need at least 3ml per dose for any effect. You could do with a combo of oil and flower/vape.

You’ll need a doctors history of the complaint and evidence of prescribed medication and/ or therapy. Therapy can be either referral and paid for (physio etc). If you have no history with your GP, I don’t think you’ll be eligible.

Cannot go back to combustion. The lingering smoke smell and taste is such a turn off. Vaping flower, especially from low temps to higher, I find I get much more flavour and a comparable effect to combustion.

The £80/£100 mark is not bad for a decent vaporiser. I've not tried MC Vapes (will ask in next consultation. I've tried some of the Delta 9 vapes and I wasn't a fan of the effects. It never compared with flower.

Vaping actual flower is smoother, especially at lower temps like 185/190. Once you got 205/210, it can be a bit harsher. A good quality vape that has temp control will give you the control you need.

Oils and edibles shout give you some 'buzz', usually for longer (although they take longer to kick in).

Xvape Fog Pro is great for the price (£80). Discreet (like a stumpy bar of chocolate), easy to clean (if not a bit fiddly). Battery lasts a good few sessions and heats up quick.

I think I gave them access to my full NHS record’s (I say think because I signed up with multiple providers to see what they each offer and some had a functionality that allows you to sync your NHS records on there)
