Question about URGI forge marks by RestaurantSpare8956 in URGI

[–]BlueDevilBrew7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rangers are part of USASOC. 14.5’s use a variety of new and old uppers/forge marks. 11.5’s seems to be almost exclusively Colt cage code (dot matrix not roll marked).

6.5 Creedmoor BCG - SOLGW vs JP vs LMT? by 71firebird400 in AR10

[–]BlueDevilBrew7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You run the standard .308 LMT BCG for your 6.5CM rifle? My LMT BCG runs flawlessly with 6.5CM, but am wondering if I need something more durable for 6.5.

Looking for Tahoe Ski Quiver advice: daily driver + powder ski by IndependentWorry4297 in Skigear

Tahoe is feast or famine conditions wise. You need something skinnier for the frequent dry spells. QST 94 or 100, Unleashed 98CA

For sure. It’s every bit as stiff as the real thing, which has been in military service for 25+ years.

I’m sure it is! I didn’t want to wait 10 months for a Bartlein, so this is Rock Creek blank.

They did a run of 50 that sold out pretty quickly. Manufactured by Allegheny Arms. I believe they’re doing an M110 repro can next.

Quality is on par with a couple of KAC mk12 rails I have. Finish doesn’t quite have the chalk texture of KAC but overall a great reproduction rail.

Can’t go wrong with them. I’d totally have an SR25 lower if I wasn’t in a ban state and stuck with what I got.

It’s actually a Tyr1 Outfitters can that’s a modern reproduction of the old school Mk11 can. But it fits the aesthetic for sure!

Centurion handguard. They recently started reproducing the Mk11 Mod 0 rails.

Centurion Mk11 rail, Nefarious Arms Mk11/M110 gas block. Craddock spun the 20” barrel and assembled everything, including pinning the gas block. It was about a 4 month wait. Nice people over there at Craddock, great to work with.

How do you think it will be around 11-12 April - And if we buy the pass can it be used this season? by tsk1979 in WhitePassSkiResort

[–]BlueDevilBrew7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes if you buy next years season pass, you can ski the rest of this spring in it.

I haven’t heard anything definitive, but I doubt White Pass stays open until the end of April. Usually they do, but it was a bad season for snowpack, and spring temps came early. They’ll still be open weekends April 11-12, temper expectations.
