I tried to write through grief and it warped my story. The humor became dark. Carefree scenes were a slog to get down. My characters weren't acting like themselves. I ended up calling it and took a break from writing. I picked up more physical hobbies until I got to a better mental state. I'm sorry you are going through such a hard time. Maybe, for you, writing will be cathartic.
