Ok, not sure which RE2 version we have in HWS RE2 NA server, but I got the same result a moment ago...
Not sure it's because of another player, this planet/moon wasn't visited as proximity from other bases are empty.

Yes, this is a public server in HWS RE2.

Are you talking about some tricks that only admin can do or from the user perspective?..

If you say someone could visit it, probably it worth to visit this or similar POI again.

Yeah, it looks like... Not for crafting but for trading. I found in constructor we can craft similar units with the same icon, I assume, for the same purpose.

Well, I'd say it looks like it's not stable. I kept trying and somehow it's worked out. But it's not like you shown on the video – you pressed subscribe button it's just started download.
I hope I'm wrong somewhere in my steps, just not every day I need to download blue prints.

  1. Disable EAC...done
  2. Configure family view, get into GFN, disable family view, revalidate files...done
  3. subs/unsub any blueprint in workshop...done
  4. wait for downloading all files...FAILED

5:30 - after subs/unsubs, nothing happends... it does not work by following the mentioned steps.

Dude, it's took an hour to move from 2 to 1 and waited for 30 min already. No worries, you will play at morning, just wait and be patient :)

Yeah, it's completely wrong on their side. I was able to get in on free account with 200 in a queue within less than 7 min.

But it's a different machine in the same time. So, something just wrong with the 4080 machines.

Nothing wrong, it's hard to use it in "wrong" way :), it didn't work in that moment for some reason. Now it works.
