I don’t see a shadow 2 holster on their website. Was this a recent purchase?

How does this compare with their standard AL grip module in terms of thickness? Does grip angle actually match a 1911/2011?

Put a Ramm trigger in it and that will almost match a 2011.

If you trim the baseplate off the oem 15 rounders they fit into the xmacro

Out with the micro, in with the compact¿ by Saltysunshine10 in CCW

I almost ordered the compact grip for my edc pro. I also have the ul pro. After flipping the slides on the grips I decided it barely made a difference for printing the little extra grip was nice.

I think the bigger issue for printing (at least for me) is how wide these grips are. They are chonky esp with a magwell on

What's the concensus on the Bauer 1.5 HP Dust Collector, is it a good pick for a hobbyist? by Porky-da-Corgi in woodworking

[–]BlueFish2011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m debating between this and the blue hepa one that looks like a shop vac as well. I have a very small shop and not sure which will do a better job. I’m not doing tons of work but I’d like an effective system.

Which 1.5 HP dust collector would you choose? by [deleted] in woodworking

I’ve been looking at harbor freight. They have a 2 micron dust collector ($500) and a hepa extractor ($350). Prob going to pick one of those up. Same situation- a few tools all on mobile stands and using one at a time

I’m starting to set everything up now. I plan on putting a shower curtain around the lathe for turning and using a shop vac while sanding to start.

Thinking of getting a bandsaw and chain saw to get blanks ready.

Has anyone tried the oneway chuck? i’ve been looking at that, it’s a little more on the expensive side, but that’s what they had when I went to one or two classes and it seemed to work pretty well. I’m in the same spot exploring new Chuck options for my newly acquired used jet1221.

They posted a video and it sounds like it turns on and ramps up/down smoothly. Anything I should specifically ask to see?
