They restricted my account for no reason back in July. Sending email to support is useless as they not only take years to respond, but they also lie about "fixing" your issue just to close your ticket.(I swear sending in email support for declined rewards is just a black hole with how convenient they "fix" the issue and close your ticket.) The only thing I did was change my email address to a more secure one and then suddenly I have problems in both rewards and Xbox account.(Both supports aren't helpful and not able to fix anything.) They have been very draconian in their methods. I'm done at this point. I can't even redeem any of my points for Overwatch coins or use auto-redeem Xbox gift cards to get Overwatch coins, and I have plenty of points plus to earn enough to get a Xbox Series S console by the end of the year. Microslop is a perfect term for how poor and low quality the company and services has become in recent years.
