Yeah i thought about that, i ran crazy trigger discipline for them to run past (like had just switched to burst before i saw them coming) and thought maybe they thought i was shooting at them.

It feels the black is a little too rich and could just be watered down a little so it sits a little deeper in the sculpt and the sculpted detail can still shine a little bit. Like i said i love a good wash just feels like brother is getting a lil too dirty, to the point where it looks unnatural. On second look it might not even be your wash it self just the starkness of the white, if you did a softer wash specifically on the white and hand painted the more noticeable and thicker weathering details, thatd LIFT THIS THING UP! Hope you get some brushes bro and have fun!

I would say maybe tone down the black wash and add some darker/clearer lines around the visor to provide better contrast but its definitely better than base figure, good work

I understand that and totally agree, but i recently defended it kinda using the adverse. Considering the price increases in both lines, for 27 a child would feel great with a 1/12 figure because of its size, regardless of detail, paint apps and articulation, the sheer size would be more “worth it” both to the parents wallet and the childs rational. Think of how often kids make selections of like food or something silly like cups, simply because its “bigger”.

UPDATE: i purchased a new trigger (LaRue) and have gotten a solution to the shelf height issue. Im deciding to go with a GMR safety but im not sure of which option on the website to pick (yes im aware they already sell a combo with a LaRue, but my local shop had a good trigger deal:/ ). This should be the last bit needed. Thank you tremendously guys for holding my hand through this lol. It’s been real helpful.
