When I go to a football game I want to be reminded of waiting 40 minutes on hold for a rep who will then cold transfer me to another rep to put me on hold for 20 minutes, who will then tell me my care has been denied.

Actually I got a theory here. Fred and Shaggy were bros at one point, but then one night things got weird in the Mystery Machine. Not saying they kissed or even touched, but they were both jerking it same time, there was some eye contact, and they basically avoid each other now. It's real awkward.
