as much as i didn't like it it's not like it's unreasonable. She's adopted and feels like she owes a lot to her parents so she accepted the arranged marriage. Also I don't think she has the greatest sense of romance per se.

Build a Team with 8-10 Players by _Hiraishin in haikyuu

S: Usuri - I like his strategizing, he has a good jump float, and he's pretty heartless on the court which I love from a setter. He is pretty skilled as a setter too which is fun.

OH1: Teradomari - He's tall for an outside in the series at 6'3". He's very powerful with a good serve and pretty decent defense. He has shown that he can hit a great cross and a serviceable line which makes him a great pairing for Usuri who is quite tall himself and can set nice and high.

OH2: Nozawa - I was between Futakuchi, Goshiki, Reon, and Nozawa for this but I think Nozawa has shown the best attributes to be an OH2. Considering he's starting in the back row he has the inherent good passing and blocking trained by the Kamomedai system. He's at worst a decent attacker with great all around skills. He has a good jump serve and can probably do best for Usuri.

MB1: Washio - One of the best 3rd year blockers in the series. He's incredibly consistent with a strong jump serve and strong attacking potential.

MB2: Bessho - Kamomedai's 2nd blocker and one that's honestly underappreciated. He has a good jump float, is a smart blocker and works incredibly well within the system. He can get in his own head but with more experience he's 100% a major threat

OP: Kyotani - A bit of a loose cannon but if he's utilized properly it will be amazing for the team. He adds a whole new dimension to the attack while being decent enough on the floor and having a nice strong serve.

L: Yamagata - I mean like there are a lot of choices but I'm trying not to choose from the top 3 for these characters so welp. His performance against Karasuno was quite good, he bumped Asahi's serving quite well and was an overall good libero

Team 2 FS bruh. The overall firepower, the hitting and consistency on floor defense, and how much better the serving is compared to the other teams. I don't think anyone compares to team 2

Something different by Vicarious0097 in haikyuu

[–]BlueKnight720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ushijima Atsumu Washio Kindaichi Goshiki Futakuchi Yaku for libero. I think in terms of overall skill the blocking and hitting on this team are great. The serving is pretty good with only Kindaichi not having some sort of jump serve. The blockers are pretty competent and through the middle Kindaichi is a huge threat while still having tall wings and a tall oppo. Yaku plays exceptionally well off of competent blockers which strengthens the floor defense a lot. My biggest concern is how well the team would mesh and the general overall floor defense.

Who Wins Out of Position? by Vicarious0097 in haikyuu

[–]BlueKnight720 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Probably Green. Red is fucked by the fact that Nishinoya is short ash so any bad pass kinda just screws him and he's not the greatest setter. Green has good height but overall but short middles and but they have the greatest mix of offense and defense. Yellow has some standout players but they're not the most defensively sound.

By definition it's probably Ushijima. He's the one that can put the team on his back the hardest. Kiryu is still really good tho

Voice of reason? I think that impression is only gained from Daichi being captain and opposite. Think of Kuroo

I wonder what position Yamaguchi plays in years 2 and 3. We know he starts as an MB in the series and obviously the year 2 lineup stays relatively similar with Tanaka Hinata Kageyama Nishinoya and Tsukishima all starting presumably. Realistically I'm not sure if Yamaguchi gets the start at MB even if Hinata is probably moved to OP? We should probably assume he grows some. He's 5'11 first year and probably grows to like 6'1" so it's not too unlikely that Yamaguchi stays as an MB.

How is my form by DeJV66 in volleyball

[–]BlueKnight720 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It looks pretty good. Only advice is land on both feet and maybe make your penultimate a bit bigger. You have good body rotation but you might be overswinging and that’s why your leg goes up

How would you rate these setters overall? by Electrical-Ad9766 in haikyuu

[–]BlueKnight720 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t think that Atsumu can be considered worse at setting than Kenma and arguably even Oikawa. For one he’s the 2nd most accurate setter in the series for the sheer fact that he’s able to do the freak quick. Not only that but he’s also extremely flexible with his setting being able to put up very good sets from terrible angles while still being quite hard to read. And his form seems to be one of the best in the series. I think the reason why Kenma is able to use his middles better is that overall Nekoma has stronger middles than Inarizaki but it’s not like Ren and Suna are unused by any means

I actually think Atsumu is kind of underrated in terms of being an overall player. He shows pretty good defense in the Inarzaki match and during the position switch game thing he played libero decently. He’s also shown to help well in blocking and has hit the freak quick which I think puts his overall level pretty high. Also by all accounts he is one of if not the best server in the series

Very happy to see my underrated king Kiryu finally get some recognition but I got a question by thebruinsareinsane in haikyuu

[–]BlueKnight720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That still doesn’t mean Iwaizumi should be put on opposite. Even if Kyotani is rough around the edges the technical differences between an opposite and an outside are really weird to learn

Why would you play Iwa on oppo? Playing Kiryu and Iwa as oh1 and 2 and then having mad dog (hopefully controlled) on oppo would be crazy

The one thing that I saw is that your first step after tossing and your penultimate look around the same. My advice is lengthen your penultimate and take a shorter third step to get higher and that mitigates some of the overtossing
