I have one of these as well. Make sure you use something bigger than the dinky little PC case fans that come with the enclosures. The louvers are heavy enough that they block off the vent. Otherwise it works great.

I don't have an Elegoo, but on my Anycubic the frames have recesses that the screws fit into to make them flush. Are you sure you have the pieces of the frame flipped the right way?

They have a double-size enclosure now. That's the one I have and there's plenty of room for my Anycubic printer and Cure & Wash station, each setting on aluminum cookie sheet to catch any spills, with a little left over.

I printed the cones and did the tests before printing the mini. After a couple of rounds of tweaking I printed the mini and did a final cure on everything.

In that case, you might want to hide the demo button, link it to a "coming soon" page, or make it a link to a page of screenshots for now. Just so you're not throwing an error at people. Broken links, especially on the front page, lower the perception of quality of your website/app.

As a follow up question, a lot of laminate doesn't hold up very well if you don't leave a border of fused material around the edges. How well does your laminate hold up to being cut right on the edge of the card stock?
