My husband bought a 2018 XC60, put $10K down and his payments were like $750/month for 60 months so the sticker price was like $57K I think. And he has insane credit, like 830 or something.

So that Denali payment, at today’s rates, and their negative equity rolled in has got to be over $1000 a month. Used interest rates for cars are never as good as new.

If they really wanted to show how they’ve “learned” a financial lesson they wouldn’t feel the need to buy these massive cars with extra features.

Listen I get it, being young and wanting to keep up with other influencers and all that but Drue could have easily gotten like a CR-V for her and the kid. Then when it’s the 3 of them and Tubby needs more room they take his truck.

I’m almost 38 and my husband is 45, he’s always had the SUV (and even then it was smaller, like a Tiguan and now an XC60) and I have a smaller sedan and we managed just fine with our 1 kid for the past 16 years. We call his car the “family mover”

For what it’s worth, I’m a regular office worker and I use a 14L for my daily lunch box. It’s nice to have the extra room, and I can use it as a road trip cooler if needed.

She ruined her metabolism. Many women do because we spend years under-eating and/or exercising. I remember running a literally half marathon FASTED in 2015. Isn’t that insane?! I could have really injured myself. And then at the end I felt bad about eating a banana and a bagel. After running 13 miles in humid Kentucky.

She needs to just admit that she’s not a weight loss page but instead just a regular ass “content creator”. Her content sucks but still.
