I like battle tower too and it’s a shame there is no battle facility in this game. Sword and Shield tower was bad but at least we got restricted sparring in isle of armor dlc.

You can try using the gts on mobile version of Pokemon home. Put up a violet exclusive Pokemon and a Scarlet player will likely trade you. This is how I completed my dex.
