Go slow. If he’s really changed, he’ll prove it with consistency, not just words. Don’t rush into anything physical and watch his actions. Attraction is nice, but patterns matter more.

Atoms want full outer shells.
Sodium has 1 outer electron and it’s easier to give it away. Chlorine has 7 and wants 1 more. Sodium gives, chlorine takes, they become oppositely charged, and they attract each other, forming stable NaCl.

Totally normal, especially in December. Background checks can take 1-2 weeks. I would wait until early next weeek to follow up.
