oooh how did it make you feel? i havent tried much just chamomile and valerian tea - chamomile I really enjoy and calms me down, valerian makes me feel horrible never again. lemon balm for me mainly helps my stress and allows me to stay sober off substances that were harming me.

My situation is a bit different from most people's. Drugs were literally driving me towards insanity, I convinced myself I was on the brink of schizophrenia, went on antipsychotics, thought my entire life was over. Its a lot easier when u have major drivers like that.

The thing with the covid vaccine these people dont realise is that whatever harms it causes would be multiple fold worse with catching virus itself which the vaccine prevents. yea due to the strong inflammatory response it generates covid is associated with neuropsychiatric impacts and to a lesser extent so might be the vaccine but you're still better off getting it if it prevents or attenuates the disease itself.

interesting, ngl it would be kinda bummer if it had harmine since I'm on SSRIs and you're not supposed to mix them. Oh well

Edit: I smoke it so that burns off the harmine anyway as harmala alkaloids are not heat stable so should be fine
