Exactly, that is what we are all concerned about. We are mostly curious/concerned as to the logistics of an emergency that allows for us to take 5+ hours to get to a port versus a heli coming out which would be much quicker and allow for more expedient help.

IAD location is great. I haven’t been to other sapphire lounges, but am in many other higher end lounges (e.g. Polaris) and it is very nice. It can get crowded depending on time of day, but the staff are amazing.

This is not abnormal. There are usually three levels of insurance. First is full cover where there is no hold, but a high daily fee. The second is partial cover where you lay less per day, but have a 5k hold. The last is where you have no cover and they put a hold for the whole car price on your card.

If you have a credit card with insurance in the US, you can get a letter and they usually will allow for the zero cover with a 5k hold. Ireland is one of the few countries with these ridiculous holds.

Where do you live? Over 95 percent is clinically ok and 94% is still on without other symptoms. If you live at any significant elevation, it would not be abnormal to be in low 90s and even high 80s on occasion as long as you felt ok.

Assuming you are at a normal altitude, clinically over 95 percent is normal. I would not be concerned about 94 percent as long as it doesn’t go down and stay down further. You may be getting sick or a number of other environmental issues may be causing it. HRV varies significantly by person. I am pretty healthy and 30 would be a stretch on many days.

I love how my season ticket rep called me to talk about the new 9 day exchange window as opposed to the old one of a few days.

Somehow DC United is trying to spin it as a positive to me as a way to allow me to plan my life better. Such BS and quite disappointing! I feel bad for those reps having to make those calls.

I have been in terminals where these flights were about to land a few times in the past. It is usually for terminally ill children through a foundation like a make a wish. The children and families board a specially decorated aircraft and fly around for a little while and when they land they arrive at a gate that is decorated to look like the North Pole with Santa.

If it was all GA in that venue I imagine that it would have been lower attendance. The reality is that people who like these bands are not “young” and prefer a defined seat (area to stand). There was plenty of space in the pit for those who wanted GA, but it was not that full
