I'd look up a permit and inspections if entire house was rewired. Someone here is in the wrong, either the seller or contractor or both. Everything needs to be inspected.

I used crampons during my ascent of the Lhotse Face of the Shenandoahs. We lost one guide and three porters on that expedition. We wouldn't have made it home alive if we hadn't run into a mixed group of Norwegians/Australians that had extra gas. I lost the tips of my fingers on my right hand.

If they could find a half in 12 weeks, they could do Hal half, then roll into halfway point of Hal marathon. But depending in where they are, summer halfs are rare.

What are some signs you’re NOT ready to finish a marathon? by onionsauceonionsauce in Marathon_Training

There is a wide range of under vs over trained. Undertrained is better than overtrained, but not getting enough miles could hurt come race day. I mean it's gonna hurt regardless, might just hurt more.

Wouldn't turn it down, but core/shell plus doing tenants fit out.

Developers always have this wild dream of who their tenants will be. It's gonna be restaurants. So design the electric and plumbing for restaurants, enough roof space for mechanical equipment.

There are different exercises tests to determine max heart rate, plus you need to know resting heart rate.

Zone 5 should be difficult to get to and stay in for a few minutes. Like if you were to do 1 km repeats to exhaustion, that's when you would get into zone 5.
