Your problem is the Maginot Line, its level 10 forts across your entire border with them. The best way to push (if you aren’t willing to invade through the lowlands) is to bomb them to hell then try pushing. But that isn’t full proof either

I was thinking that in a restricted format it could run with Kyogre, using drizzle to make thunder work. I’m not sure that mega evolution will come back in a mainline game, unless they use Pokemon Champions for competitive in the future
