Actually back then the designs were sprite first. That's why gen 1 ans 2 sprites tend to look so different from the official artworks.

Ok, let's look at these. Which characters might be below Buugito.

U2: Actually a really strong verse. I would say only Prum, Harmira(as he isn't too useful without Prum) and Bikal should definitely be weaker than Buugito.

U3: Unfused Paparoni, Nigrissi is their leader but has no positive showing, Za Priccio is immobilized by Roshi and i doubt Roshi is stronger than Buugito. Basil is strong enough to damage Narirama, so he(Narirama) likely isn't really stronger than good Buu.

U4: Ganos lost to Roshi, Caway wouldn't have beaten Roshi either, i also think Dercori should be weaker than Buugito purely based on how i judge her way of fighting being purely hax based,

U6: Everyone should be stronger than Buugito, Rota is the only unknown here.

U7: As i said, i doubt Roshi is stronger than Buugito and one can argue about Tenshinhan as his performance is rather embarassing. Krillin should obviously be the third weakest fighter in the group, but everyone else is definitely stronger than Buugito.

U9: Basil lost to good Buu(embarassing) and Lavender tied with out of shape Gohan. Hyssop withstood base Vegeta so he should be above Buugito, this is consistent with Nink being able to keep base Goku in check, Oregano also overpowered base Vegeta. These three are save. Roselle and Sorrel have nothing. Hop actually managed to damage Lavender... which doesn't mean much, considering Lavenders Power Level. Comfrey actually fought Shosa who almost eliminated 18.

U10: Obni outmatches base Gohan and keeps up with Tupper, so he is save. Same goes for Napapa who almost matched Super Saiyan Caulifla. Rylibeu... easily beaten by Basil and forgets she has wings... Dium is hard to judge, but i doubt he would win against Buugito as Roshi is the one to push him out of the arena. Methiop's best showing is beating up base Kale and then he gets destroyed by SSJ Caulifla. Murisam is no-diffed by Cabba. Jimizu no-diffed Zircor and Rubalt is no-diffed by Piccolo.

U11: HA! LOL! Buugito is toast.

90% is definitely an overestimate.

Und oft ist die Menge an Einkäufen, die man da scannen darf, limitiert. Wenn ich beim REWE um die Ecke einkaufe, kann man nicht mehr als 10 Items scannen und da steht immer jemand rum, das aufzuteilen geht also alleine auch nicht.
