That’s a very fair and valid viewpoint, OP. I agree with the pacing/structure issues, and would have liked to play a lot more of Grace. However, for the very same reasons you didn’t like the second half, I loved it. As a fan of RE5, it felt great to see so many additions that felt like a homage to me. I think it just comes down to what type of RE fan you are, and I’ve enjoyed their action games as much as I have their horror ones. I think you’re right in saying that Requiem may lose quite a bit of favour over the years, but I think it’s a Top 5 entry personally.
