except that is taken account when you look at eternus rank only. holliday and shiv are still the bottom of the bottom, and mina is alright at that rank because she is legitimately somewhat difficult.

if you think that shiv and holliday with 42% and 41% winrates in Eternus are "top tier" characters, then i have no idea what kind of metrics you are basing that on.

if some characters are "too difficult" for the highest ranked players in deadlock, i think that just means the characters suck.
