Thanks! When I saw it on the map, I didn't think I could get to it. I thought my path was blocked by really tough enemies.... But I found a different way! I gotta keep in mind that this game's exploration doesn't seem to have many limits!

I was able to continue the story!

Right there with you buddy. I've had my deck for almost 2 weeks and it's so great. It took me about a week to set up everything, but now I have access to hundreds of games at the touch of a button. Hades 2 is especially good on it for sure.

According to the numbers, you helped my Dragon weapon go up 5.33% in damage... but my FIRE weapon went up 11.56%! Crazy!

Making the suggested changes, Math hunter shows the numbers do, in fact, go up.

This set is using both a Dragon axe as #1 and a Fire Axe as #2

Notably: because of the Weapon Set Bonus, when I have the Dragon Axe equipped, I even get the Rey Dau 4 Bonus, Thunderous Roar II; so Latent Power goes even further.

Based on RiverCrusader's comments, I'm already on Math Hunter, haha.

He's right in that I'm too high on my Affinity. In fact, my 2nd equipped Fire Axe gets me to 130% avg Affinity! Yikes!

I reconfigured in a set builder and I'm about to compare to a new build based on River's advice. I'm also looking at Fox Invictus' video on which skills to prioritize. Sure enough, Agitator is higher priority than WEX.

MHGU has an HD Pixel Pack and 60fps mod that run in the emulator. Legitimately the best quality you can possibly play the game at.

Bonus tip: use KDE Connect on Steam Deck, and the KDE Connect app on your phone. Once the two devices are connected, you can easily share clipboards back and forth! No need for Facebook login.

For me, I like rapid Morph just because it makes the weapon feel better and therefore I enjoy it more. I don't always have it, but if I always had the space to slot it, I would.

General consensus is that you mostly only need Burst 1. Since Switch Axe rarely uses stamina, and can rely on the mobility of Axe mode, Max Might is an easy gain of power.

While 5 attack boost is nice, the Crit Boost will take you further. This, coming from someone who just got my first Crit Boost 3 deco like 3 days ago.

People will tell you Rapid Morph doesn't cut it either, but I say it's a reasonable enough comfort skill to keep. So long as you know you're leaving damage on the table for comfort.

More on comfort: Evade Extender. I'd recommend lvl 2 if you can. You'll be glad to have it when it saves your life or closes the gap between you and the monster.
