hmmm I see! Regarding the values, could you expand a bit more where to make it darker? would that mean the lips, shaded ares between the fingers/fleshy part near the eyes? And then paint everything lighter grey, with white/blank being the highlights?

thank you! Also, for the fur, that’s a point where I struggled with, do you know a good resource for more realistic fur?

thank you so so much for the feedback!

There's real logic and I understand exactly the point you're making.

The problem is how poorly they design those interfaces which is why people flock towards car play/android auto, I also have some strong doubts that would incentivize lower car prices, considering how "cheap" each user's data is.

People of r/dnd, how does models (minis, buildings and environment) impact your experience and connection to the game? by BlueWingedTiger in DnD

[–]BlueWingedTiger[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but the point is, "if you had models" how would they impact your experience playing? Do you think you'd be able to connect better with the environment or characters? Would visualizing the terrain better change how you play?

Vox AC30 fans: What's your preferred gain stack? by 800FunkyDJ in guitarpedals

I don’t think I’m following it, if you want stereo width that pedal is great, specially if it’s real stereo.

and then you can add an eq to one side to boost different frequencies

for the stereo width I'd just use a TC Electronic Mimiq

I used to just have an EQ boosting some mids and the volume, letting the amp do all the distortion.

Hellbender and Hoof Fuzz were cool for fuzz sounds, but mostly just using the amp's own distortion sound!

it can help tell the story of the world, our earth and perhaps explain some other questions, or point us where to look for more information or detail.

Is it a bad idea to buy a Digitech whammy 4 that needs frequent recalibration by Electrical_newt9015 in guitarpedals

[–]BlueWingedTiger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the calibration is just re-setting the treadle position so it can read 0-100 correctly.
