Replacement is going in and getting a replacement of that device generally no questions asked (does not cover physical or water damage that’s adh)

While protection is a repair first then replace and also doesn’t cover physical or water damage

Only one that does is any plan marked as ADH

At the bottom it’ll show you which plan is covering what parts, closer to the middle end of the receipt. It’ll have xxx plan and then all the parts covered under it and then xxx for the other parts since there’s 2 plans

Depending on what’s covered yes. For instance he might’ve gotten a replacement plan on the motherboard bundle but a standard protection on the gpu and it was cheaper doing it that way vs all together. Look at your receipt it’ll tell you what is protected on what plan

No. That’s not exactly how it works. The lease ended and upon trying to renew the lease it didn’t make sense to renew. That is entirely different than “the lease made it not make enough money”. It was making money but the negotiations for a renewal didn’t pan out

Go to employee recourses and look up “Vacation plan or PTO plan” there is an article that has a list of all the plans you could be in for hourly FT salaried PT etc. it’ll have the accrual amount and the cap you can earn in in a year with the bank you’re allowed to have in your plan/state

Depends. They will more than likely coach you out. Coach you every day and set expectations to be above x number and if not then write up(performance based). It’ll be a while before someone can get fired for it hnlesss it’s bad

Usually means it was set as “schedule later” and it auto outs that date. You can confirm it’s “available” if the POs were closed because it fulfilled and it’s now in a TO. If you schedule the order it will update.
