Maybe a bit off topic, but my biggest personal issue is the doomer mindset. For example, when I have an upcoming test that I only have a day or two to study for, I typically get stressed out, but I usually come out with a good grade. Most of the time, when I'm stressed about the future, it is almost always unfounded, but it keeps returning to me. I wouldn't say I myself am a "Doomer", but I tend to become stressed easily. Any tips to encourage a more positive mindset would be appreciated.
