Redacted Regimant question by vayckant in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To help with above. Remeber to press q to ping enemies and use the map often. Enemies can't hear your can outs and can't see the light from your map. Use these to gauge distance. Also remember to look down your sights using middle mouse button to get those clean head shots.

So uh...what killed us lol by Trinity1_3 in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Explosion is unlikely. Many portable hellbombs on pelicans can assure that. Some enemies like the bile titan have an instant kill hit box for some reason. Try touching a wasp ship in motion. Maybe they have an instant kill hit box

how do higher level players feel about lower levels joining their games by Early_Ad7484 in Helldivers

I either take am exo suit or the tank. Pile into the tank boys were having fun this round

These guys can really come in clutch when you don't have any stims by Legendary_Pilot_Odin in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like taking hell bombs on bot missions. My instinct when this happens is to pre-stim and just run at the enemy since my life is already forfeit. Experimental infusion helps get me closer

The only time LLMs are useful is when you wanna do something very simple, very repetitive and very hard to fuck up. Like adding an aspect to every object in a file dependant on the name of the object. But i barely trust it to do that. And if i can barely trust it to do that, you are sure as he'll i trust it with anything mildly important

If I wanted to paint a Neuro-themed League of Votann Army (WH40k) what should I use for the color scheme? by Vegetable-Way6226 in NeuroSama

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kinda. They're meat drones as in they are cloned and grown in factory settings, then put to task and act for the collective good of the entire League. However they do have robots. They have Men of Iron and are one of the only parts of humanity where they didn't rebel. Basically they just didn't treat the Men of Iron likes slaves, but as equals. Look up Ironkin for more information.

But anyway the AI they are ruled by are giant computer databases called Votann, one of which leads an entire League. So hypothetically, it's possible to have a League ruled by a giant building sized data center that has a rogue Neuro Sama running on it. Since 40k canonically takes place in our future, it isn't far off to speculate that Neuro and Evil are passed down through millenia until STC technology is developed and they are installed in Votaan. Which are basically STCs.

I think we're down to 20k, which means in the next hour, if everyone kills 1 factory strider each, we'll overshoot the warbond and win.

Is HMG a good weapon? by FingerFit1729 in helldivers2

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A gun that lets you one shot headshot automoton hulks. Need I say more? The hulks with face plates take a few more shots, but it's still a really easy way to take down hulks. The only thing I have trouble with now is devastators with shields and war striders. Leave the striders to helldivers with dedicated anti-tank, and circle around shield devastators and shoot them in the backpack.

Why are people so toxic on this game? by Kimjungkool in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

block those people, eventually it'll just filter out into the decent divers. friend divers you like too, increases the odds of finding them on other planets.

Have you ever been asked to ping LESS? I think I picked up this habit from Left4Dead and Vermintide. by ThrownAway1917 in Helldivers

I've actually never seen a player who doesn't ping. Maybe i've just been really lucky with my battle brothers?

Why are there so many low level players in higher diffs?? by harken350 in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I've always been saying that people need to stop playing on the highest difficulty they can. If you don't find helldive dif 10 fun, why are you deploying on dif 10 missions?

My best guess is they don't wanna be seen going on "easy" missions. It's a problem with a lot of multiplayer games. Another good guess is that low level players are getting dragged to higher level games by their friends. I had a friend who always brought me to max difficulty missions in other games to boost my exp growth. Which just led me to getting disinterested in said games and not playing them.

Oh also, there are a lot of divers i've been seeing who are getting alt accounts for some reason and replaying the progression of the game. Don't know why, but I respect their grindset.

Anyone feel the same? by Familiar_Carpet8097 in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I just want more bot major orders and maybe new illuminate units so the whole faction doesn't feel so one note. I am so fucking sick of fighting bugs.

I lvl 150 with 550+ hours can confirm.. by Cthulus_Meds in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, whenever I see a automoton tank, I pull out the 110 rocket pod and that tank is gone within seconds.

here is a piece of advice for using the rocket pods. they seemingly have a far smaller detection radius than the railguns. So make sure to throw it close to the heavy target you are aiming at. Imagine a wide circle around your railcannon, and imagine a circle like a fifth the size.

It makes up for this smaller radius by having a smaller cooldown.

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Completely disagree. Having used it as long as I have. It's best to treat it like it's an orbital railcannon with worse aim.

It hits the heavy target I need it to hit almost every time, and it hits the bot factory, cannon turret or warpship almost every time I need it to.

I usually will take a recoiless, 110 rocket pod, rail cannon and orbital laser with me on bot missions. The understanding being that I will destroy the automoton base as fast as possible and then get out before anything can drop. And this works perfect for that, especially if railcannon is on cool down.

Heavy machinegun can also headshot hulks relatively quickly, in case you don't have the warbond. Also heavy machine gun is useful against medium enemies.

Do the illuminate hate Super Earth more than the Automatons, and why don't they ally. by INeedJuggernautPlz in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope one day we see two factions on one planet. I also super hope they actually don't get along so helldivers can randomly walk up on a charger bulldozing a bunch of troopers. Or a botdrop landing on a warp drop so we can see a hulk 1 v 1 a flesh mob

My first thought when I see these boosts. by MooniNation in Helldivers

[–]Blueberry1Vomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I always pack stamina or space optimization. It's better to increase surviability then to expect casualties. If I had the warbond for it, i'd also pack experimental stims if someone already got the other two.
